The foundation of a healthy lawn starts with proper nutrition and that includes the correct nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium levels. Our fertilization program incorporates controlled release fertilizer technology that will give your lawn lasting color and density by using the industry’s strongest technologies. In combination with our fertilizer program, we treat for broadleaf and grassy weeds that commonly overtake a lawn.

LAWN RENOVATION

Was the sod from your recent home build poor in quality or damaged from another summer-time drought? Did you plant the wrong seed from a big box store? Maybe your lawn was neglected from a previous owner? Occasionally we see a yard that requires a total renovation. We begin this process by neutralizing the existing turf, slit-seeding with high end seed, and applying a starter fertilizer. To protect your investment, we provide detailed watering instructions and recommended sprinklers and timers.

LAWN AERATION

Residential lawns can become compacted due to foot traffic, heavy equipment, and recent construction. All of these factors inhibit water, air and nutrient flow down to the grass’ root systems. Mechanical aeration offers relief from compaction and manages thatch layers to increase air and water flow for plant recovery.

OVER-SEEDING

It is common for folks to assume their lawn may be too far gone, but it most likely just needs improved cultivars introduced to the existing stand of grass by over-seeding. Through a combined service of aeration or slit-seeding (depending on condition of lawn), we are able to improve your lawn’s health, drought and traffic tolerance, and increase insect and disease resistance.
